Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is always welcome with no penalty if requested 24 hours or more before your appointment. If rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Repeated last-minute reschedules may result in a rebooking deposit to hold future dates
